We are looking for an energetic team player that can grow with our company. Candidates must have knowledge of carpentry, sheet rock repairs, plumbing, painting and power washing. Candidates will be responsible for completing interior and exterior maintenance repairs and renovations to buildings.

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to facility maintenance, safety, general maintenance as well as preventative maintenance.
• Ability to make and complete ready punch tasks efficiently with good hands on experience
• Positive attitude and open communication with fellow managers and staff
• Ability to work independently and take direction
• ON call and weekend rotation with flexible hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Installing and breaking down of seasonal sport equipment, (diving board, tennis nets, wind screens)
• Patching, painting walls and surfaces
• Minor furniture repairs
• General carpentry repairs
• Sourcing of parts and supplies to external vendors and contractors
• Assist HVAC/Electrician/ Technician as needed
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of pool
• Performs work based on routine preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintains a professional, safe and productive work environment.
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to identify problems and resolve quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have good hands on experience with tools
• Flexibility to work occasional off-shift hours, holidays, and weekends when necessary.
